Company 3 is proud to have color graded a total of 35 spots shown during this year’s SB51 game broadcast, which reached 111.3 million viewers.

Stefan Sonnenfeld colored an empowering father-daughter spot for Audi; comedic T-Mobile spots starring Justin Bieber, Terrell Owens, Rob Gronkowski, Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg, and Kristen Schaal; two regional spots for Reliant Energy voiced by Matthew McConaughey (cut by Beast’s Ariel Quintans); and a spot for Princess Cruises. He also colored a pre-game spot for Adidas starring Karlie Kloss, Candace Parker, and other female fitness icons.

Tom Poole colored a wide range of spots for the game, including a spot for Squarespace starring John Malkovich; distinct tales of the American Dream for 84 Lumber and Budweiser; a humorous Bai spot starring Justin Timberlake and Christopher Walken; an Easy Rider-themed spot for Mercedes starring Peter Fonda; a new dynamic trio of Terry Bradshaw, Jeffrey Tambor, and Rob Gronkowski for Tide; “Inside These Lines” for the NFL; spots for Spectrum and Sprite; and an epic historical battle starring Aaron Eckhart, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Fan Bingbing for mobile game Evony: The King’s Return (with VFX from Method Studios).

Dave Hussey colored a Daytona 500 spot for Fox Sports, a spot for Persil starring Bill Nye, and a regional spot for Fitbit (cut by Beast’s Brian Lagerhausen). Sean Coleman colored a spot for Coca Cola and another spot for KFC in which celebrity Colonels Rob Riggle and Billy Zane face off. For the Fox Sports pre-game show, Bryan Smaller colored a promo honoring Muhammad Ali. Tim Masick colored a fun spot for Busch, and Tim Stipan colored a lavish CG spot for Elder Scrolls. Sofie Borup colored a national spot for Michelin plus the first commercial in 40 years for winemaker Yellowtail. Siggy Ferstl handled color for Alfa Romeo plus regional spots for the Toyota Mirai and C Spire. Also shown regionally, Tyler Roth colored spots for Porsche and Northwestern Medicine.

It was also exciting to see promos for upcoming features that our artists are working on, including “A Cure For Wellness,” being colored by Stephen Nakamura, and “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” and “Transformers: The Last Knight” which are being colored by Stefan Sonnenfeld.

Congrats to all of our talented colorists for a winning weekend!
