Margolit Steiner is a highly accomplished VFX Supervisor / Senior Flame Artist, with extensive credits on major commercial campaigns, including leading the award-winning Verizon ‘Can’t B Broken’ spot. Based in Company 3’s New York office, she has a proven track record of creating compelling visual effects for a variety of projects. With a career spanning over a decade, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the visual effects pipeline and excels in her ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results.

Margolit joined the Company 3 team full-time in mid-2022 following a several-year stint working frequently with the company on a freelance basis. Prior to Company 3, she worked for The Mill in both LA and New York.

A New York native, Steiner was always fascinated by drawing and illustration, a passion that took her to Los Angeles’s prestigious Otis College of Art and Design, where she earned her BFA in digital media—including 2D and 3D VFX and compositing—while also studying traditional illustration techniques. When she’s not supervising or creating complex compositing jobs, Steiner continues to study painting and drawing—work she says constantly enhances her skills in the digital realm.
