Santino Napolitano, Colourist, joined Company 3 in 2022 as a Colour Assistant, spending his formative years supporting and learning alongside top-tier talent and multiple award-winning colourists across a wide range of high-end projects.

Now stepping into the role of Junior Colourist, Santino has quickly built a distinctive and award-nominated portfolio across commercials, promos and short films. Recent highlights include Wingstop’s high-energy “Pick Your Flavour” campaign, ASICS’ cinematic commercial for their AW26 collection, and the University of East London’s inspiring “Degrees Don’t Matter.” His standout work has earned him back-to-back nominations for Best New Colourist at the Kinsale Shark Awards in 2025 and 2026, as well as three nominations under Colourist at the 2026 Young Arrows.

Santino has also collaborated with leading global brands including Samsung, Nike, Foot Locker, ARRI, and Size?, as well as acclaimed artists such as Skepta, Tiwa Savage, Fredo and Nafe Smallz. Raised in East London, his early and ongoing interest in stills photography gives him a sharp eye for tone, texture, and storytelling, creating a well-rounded and visually compelling approach to colour grading.
