Company 3 is pleased to announce that Therese Mayer has joined our Los Angeles advertising team as Executive Producer. Mayer will leverage her extensive background to oversee high-profile projects and bolster the studio’s world-class advertising offerings.

Mayer is a seasoned professional with a wide range of experience across the global post-production landscape. She specializes in managing complex creative workflows and leading large-scale teams through the entire production lifecycle. Most recently, Mayer served as Executive Producer at Blacksmith VFX, and previously held impactful roles at MPC, Electric Theatre Collective, and Blur Studio. Her well-established reputation for navigating complex ecosystems while maintaining a personal touch positions her as a highly valuable addition to the Company 3 team.
