Company 3’s sound team has been nominated for a 2026 Excellence in Sound Award from the Association of Motion Picture Sound (AMPS) in the Television Drama category, recognized for their work on the season two finale of Silo, Episode 10, “Into the Fire.”

The episode, graded by Company 3 Senior Colorist Bill Ferwerda, serves as a pivotal close to the season, building tension through layered sound design and precise mix work that shapes the episode’s shifting scale, from intimate moments to its more expansive, high-stakes sequences.

The nomination honors Company 3 Toronto’s Senior Re-Recording Mixer Steve Foster and Re-Recording Mixer Mark Zsifkovits, alongside collaborators at Sound Dogs Editorial, including Supervising Sound Editor Dustin Harris and Sound Designer and Supervising Sound Editor Nathan Robitaille.

The recognition highlights the continued work of Company 3’s sound teams in delivering detailed, story-driven mixes across episodic television. Now in its 13th year, the AMPS Awards celebrate outstanding contributions to sound across film and television. Winners will be announced on April 12.

Congratulations to this year’s nominees for their continued contributions to the craft of sound.
