Dave Hussey was selected to provide color grading for Taylor Swift’s “The Man,” starring and directed by the international superstar and shot by the renowned Rodrigo Prieto (“The Irishman”), whose work on “The Wolf of Wall Street” is referenced in Swift’s personal take on toxic masculinity. The video’s look and imagery has already been the subject of speculation about “Easter eggs” and hidden meanings.

Swift’s music videos have both reflected and helped form contemporary cultural movements and Hussey has brought his talents to her groundbreaking work for years. The impressive list includes: For director Joseph Kahn: “Delicate”, “End Game”, “Ready for It”, “Look What You Made me Do”, “Out of the Wood”, “Wildest Dreams, “Bad Blood”, “Blank Space”; for Anthony Mandler: “22”, “I Knew you were Trouble”; for Declan Whitebloom: “Ours” and “Mean”; and for Yoann Lemoine: “Back to December.”
