Patrick Perron has been part of Company 3 Toronto since 2010, starting his career as a VDC Operator when the facility was still known as Deluxe. He went on to work as a Dailies Operator and Assistant Editor before advancing to his current role as Finishing Editor in 2024.

His recent credits include The Handmaid’s Tale Season 6, The Wild Robot 3D, and Shoresy. Patrick particularly enjoys the creative problem-solving that comes with VFX work in finishing — from split screens to paintouts — and likens the role of a finishing editor to that of an inker in the comic book world: carefully tracing what has already been established, while adding subtle touches to deliver the final polished picture.

Patrick studied Broadcasting and Film at Centennial College and has dedicated his entire career to post-production. Outside the suite, he is an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan, enjoys gaming with friends, and can often be found at the occasional karaoke night.
