In a new feature on Little Black Book (LBB), Company 3 London highlights its latest collaboration with visionary artist Sir Isaac Julien, bringing his monumental multi-screen installation, All That Changes You. Metamorphosis, to life.

Currently showing at Italy’s historic Palazzo Te as a 10-screen display, with a specially adapted 1-screen version arriving soon at London’s Cosmic House, the project marks a sophisticated fusion of Renaissance history, science fiction, and ecological philosophy.

Working closely with Julien, Senior Colourist Jean-Clément Soret helped weave together a visual narrative that traverses 16th-century frescoes, the ancient Redwoods of California, and the postmodern architecture of London’s Cosmic House. As a long-time collaborator of Julien’s, having previously worked on Ten Thousand Waves and Lina Bo Bardi: A Marvellous Entanglement, Soret focused on using colour as a narrative driver to link the elemental themes of fire and water across disparate temporalities.

This ambitious undertaking involved a significant team effort across Company 3’s London facility. The comprehensive suite of services provided included colour grading, finishing, DI (Digital Intermediate) editing, and ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), demonstrating the company’s full-service capability for complex art installations.
