Raquel will draw on her extensive experience connecting leading creative talent with global brands to support high-profile initiatives and strengthen the studio’s premier color and finishing capabilities.

Raquel is a seasoned industry strategist with more than eighteen years of experience across the post‑production and commercial production landscape. She has built her career elevating top creative talent and guiding major brands through high‑profile campaigns, including scaling directorial rosters at Hungry Man and Good Company and signing influential filmmakers such as Taika Waititi and Dan Opsal. Most recently, she led a strategic consultancy advising production companies on brand positioning and growth. Her ability to navigate complex creative environments with a thoughtful, relationship‑driven approach makes her a valuable addition to Company 3.
