The winners for the Berlin Commercial Awards have been announced, following their five-day festival. We’re thrilled to share that Company 3 Senior Colorist Bryan Smaller, based in Los Angeles, won the award for Music Video – Color Grading for his work on Doechii ‘Anxiety.’

Shot on film and with the Sony Rialto Mini system, Doechii’s music video for ‘Anxiety’ is a cinematic exploration of the artist’s inner turmoil, with nods to her original video, Gotye, and Kimbra. ‘Anxiety’ has quickly become the artist’s biggest single to date.

In addition to Bryan’s win, projects featuring our colorists’ work were also recognized: Jean-Clément Soret graded Hornbach ‘Obey Your Hands’ (Craft: Direction) and Hornbach ‘Feel Like a Kid Again’ (Craft: Idea), while Bryan Smaller graded Doechii’s ‘Denial is a River’ (Craft: Idea).

The awards spotlight individual artistic contributions across various disciplines, and we are proud to see our teams celebrated on a global stage alongside many of our clients.
