tom poole is a specialist in commercials and music videos and has collaborated with such notable directors as michel gondry, fredrik bond, happy, joe pytka and jake scott. in 2007, he was nominated for an mvpa best colorist award for the killers’ video “when you were young.” he also colored beyonce’s “irreplaceable,” a bet award-winner for video of the year.

poole joined company 3 in 2008. he got his industry start at the mill in london and moved to the united states in 2004 to help establish its office there.
