ASC Awards Shine Light on ‘Barry’ and ‘Boston Strangler’

The 38th annual ASC Awards celebrated outstanding cinematography in film and television at last night’s event in Los Angeles. Notable winners included Carl Herse, recognized in the Episode of a Half-Hour Series category for his exceptional work on the final season of Barry, specifically the episode “Tricky Legacies,” which was color graded by Senior Colorist Dave Hussey.

In addition, Ben Kutchins, ASC, was honored for his exceptional cinematography in Boston Strangler, earning the award for Limited or Anthology Series or Motion Picture Made For TV. Senior Colorist Stephen Nakamura provided the color grade for this film.
