Matt  Osborne  joined Company 3 following a very successful tenure at The Mill (in Los Angeles, Chicago and London). An artist of unique vision, Osborne has been in high demand for a wide variety of long- and short-form work, most recently completing HBOs series The Sympathizer from acclaimed director Park Chan Wook, He has graded major music videos for top-level acts including Ariana Grande, Drake, Travis Scott and Beyonce. He has also worked on major commercial campaigns for top brands such as Google, Nike and Amazon and collaborated with A-list directors including Darren Aronofsky, Theodore Melfi and Warren Fu.

Prior to his tenure at The Mill, Osbourne learned the art and technique of color grading from some of the leading artists at MPC in London, where his career began. A native of  Suffolk, England, Osborne was always fascinated by all aspects of visual imagery. He earned his degree in Professional Video from the University of Gloucestershire where he fell in love with the artistic and technical elements of color grading, and he has pursued that passion ever since.
