Company 3’s Work Recognized Across Film, TV, and Music Videos in ASC Awards
January 9, 2026 Jan. 9, 2026Congratulations are in order for the cinematographers and creative teams whose work has been recognized among the nominations for the 40th Annual Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography Awards, presented by the American Society of Cinematographers. The ASC Awards celebrate excellence in cinematography, with this year’s ceremony taking place on March 8, 2026, at The Beverly Hilton. This year’s nominations span feature films, television, and music videos, with Company 3 contributing finishing and color services on nine of the honored titles.
In the Theatrical Feature Film category, Darius Khondji, ASC, AFC, is nominated for Marty Supreme, featuring color by Senior Colorist Yvan Lucas, while Dan Laustsen, ASC, DFF, is recognized for Frankenstein, with color by Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld. Episodic recognition also includes Matthew J. Lloyd’s cinematography on Government Cheese episode “Trial and Error,” also graded by Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld.
Additional nominations in the One-Hour Series category include Severance, Alien: Earth, The White Lotus, and Andor, with color work by Senior Colorists Tom Poole, Matt Osborne, and Jean-Clément Soret. Company 3’s work is also represented in the ASC Music Video Award category through Jeff Cronenweth, ASC’s cinematography on “Supernatural,” graded by Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld.
In addition to this year’s nominated projects, the ASC will honor cinematographer Robert Yeoman, ASC, with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Yeoman is widely celebrated for his long-standing collaboration with director Wes Anderson and for a body of work defined by meticulous composition, expressive color, and a distinctive visual language. Company 3 has collaborated with Yeoman on multiple projects, including The Grand Budapest Hotel, colored by Senior Colorist Jill Bogdanowicz, and Asteroid City, graded by Senior Colorist Gareth Spensley.
