Company 3 Collaborations Recognized in 70th BSC Awards Nominations

The British Society of Cinematographers has announced the nominees for its landmark 70th annual awards, recognizing outstanding cinematography across film and television. This year’s selections include four projects supported by Company 3 artists, reflecting continued collaboration with cinematographers whose work is being honored across multiple categories.

Two Company 3–finished films continue to earn attention this awards season with nominations in the Feature Film category. Frankenstein, shot by Dan Laustsen ASC, DFF, was nominated for cinematography, with Company 3 Senior Colorist Stefan Sonnenfeld shaping the film’s look and Senior Re-Recording Mixer Christian Cooke and Re-Recording Mixer Brad Zoern handling sound. Marty Supreme, photographed by Darius Khondji ASC AFC, also earned a cinematography nomination, with grading by Company 3 Senior Colorist Yvan Lucas.

In television, Severance was recognized in the International and Streaming category for Suzie Lavelle BSC ISC’s cinematography on the episode “Goodbye, Mrs. Selvig,” graded by Company 3 Senior Colorist Tom Poole. Reunion earned a nomination in the UK Television Drama category for Ollie Downey BSC’s cinematography on “Episode One,” with grading by Company 3 Senior Colorists Gareth Spensley and Gareth Thomas, and sound mixing by Re-Recording Mixer Jamie Selway.

The 70th British Society of Cinematographers Awards will take place on February 7 at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel. Congratulations to the nominated cinematographers and the creative teams whose work continues to shape film and television at the highest level.
